Terms of Sale and Licence

1. Who we are

Statwren (statwren.com) is operated by JGD Media Group (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@statwren.com.

2. What you buy

Each report is a digital product: a PDF and its accompanying data files, delivered by download link after payment. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Licence

When you buy a report you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use by you and employees of your organisation. You may use the findings in internal work and quote up to three individual figures or one chart in published material, credited “Source: Statwren”. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post or share the PDF or data files outside your organisation, or use them to train or build a competing data product.

4. Refunds

Because reports are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is damaged, incomplete or materially different from its description, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

5. Accuracy

Reports describe the behaviour of our readership during a stated field window, with stated limitations. They are provided for information and are not professional, financial or investment advice. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome from their use.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
